Our Rising Stars program introduces younger participants to personal growth, service, and self‑expression, fostering confidence and leadership from an early age.

What is Miss Iowa’s Rising Stars?

Held during Miss Iowa Week, this non-competitive experience provides a magical introduction to the Miss America Opportunity. Rising Stars build confidence, develop leadership skills, make new friends, and create lasting memories while learning the values of service, scholarship, style, and success.

The program creates opportunities for young girls to grow as leaders, build lifelong friendships, and experience the excitement of Miss Iowa from a unique behind-the-scenes perspective.

Eligibility

Girls must be between the ages of 5 and 12 by the date of the Miss Iowa Competition.

Program Fee

$325

Participants may be sponsored by businesses, family members, friends, or a combination of supporters.
