Big dreams start here! Girls ages 5–12 are invited to shine in the Miss Iowa Rising Stars Program, a weekend of sparkle, sisterhood, and unforgettable memories!
Held during the Miss Iowa State Competition, this non-competitive experience offers a magical introduction to the stage, where every participant is encouraged to build confidence, make friends, and shine just as she is.

Girls ages 5–12 (by the June Miss Iowa competition) are invited to join this exciting experience. A full schedule of activities will be released closer to Miss Iowa week, featuring both daytime programming and unforgettable evening events.

Every Rising Star will be recognized in the official Miss Iowa Program Book. Participants will submit a professional-style photo (details coming soon) to commemorate their experience.

Fun and comfort come first! Participants will wear their official Rising Stars t-shirt during evening events, along with white bottoms and sneakers. A special white outfit is reserved for Saturday night.

Participants are encouraged to sell program ads to support Miss Iowa. Top sellers can earn exciting perks, including complimentary tickets and exclusive prizes!

Families arrange their own lodging, meals, and transportation. A host hotel will be announced soon, and Rising Stars will enjoy reserved VIP seating at competitions. Each participant must have an adult present.
