Miss Iowa Scholarship Awards EDUCATION is our goal! The Miss Iowa Scholarship Program is a non-profit organization, functioning with all volunteer staff. We are solely dependent on contributions from businesses, organizations and individuals … plus our fund-raisers … to pay for the scholarships of the contestants, as well as the operation of the program. Only with the assistance of the community and our scholarship patrons, can we work toward our goal of continuing to offer college scholarships to some of the outstanding young women of Iowa. The Miss America Program is the largest scholarship foundation for women in the world. Total scholarship money available annually in the Local, State and National pageants totals over $45 million. We thank the contributors for this as well as everyone that is involved with making our program such a success. | Miss Iowa 2007 | | | | | $10,000 | MARCO Achievement Scholarship | | | $1,500 | Wardrobe Award from Miss Iowa Corporation | | Total | $11,500 | | | | | | | First Runner-Up | $2,000 | Scholarship from Miss Iowa Corporation | | Second Runner-Up | $1,200 | Scholarship from Miss Iowa Corporation | | Third Runner-Up | $1,000 | Scholarship from Miss Iowa Corporation | | Fourth Runner-Up | $800 | Scholarship from Miss Iowa Corporation | | Semi-Finalists (5) | $600 | Scholarship each, from Miss Iowa Corporation | | Non-Finalists (9) | $400 | Scholarship each, from Miss Iowa Corporation | | | |
