Julia Campbell, 17, Miss Clinton County's Outstanding Teen, won the title of Miss Iowa’s Outstanding Teen 2016.  Julia attends Central DeWitt High School in DeWitt, Iowa.

She enjoys connecting with elementary students and making them realize the Butterfly Effect they can have on the world with the simplest of positive acts.

Some of her accomplishments include: 4.0 Cumulative GPA; Honor Roll; 2016 Regional Scholastic Art Award - Gold Key Recipient; Freshman Class President; Sophomore Class President; 2015 5th Place State FBLA Creed Speaking; 2015-16 FBLA Public Relations Officer; 2016 2nd Place State FBLA Public Speaking I; 2015 2nd Place Creed Speaking FFA Sub-Districts and 2016 FIRST Tech Challenge Dean's List Semi-Finalist.

♦  A Miss Iowa’s Outstanding Teen contestant must be between the ages of 13 and 17 years old.
♦  Miss Iowa’s Outstanding Teen wins $1,000 in cash scholarship!
